Celebrating 6 Years of HEC

Hi everyone, it’s Christina here! I can hardly believe it…but this June we’re celebrating 6 years of Healthy Essentials Clinic serving our incredible community. What started as a vision to bring compassionate, client and family centred integrated care to Lake Country has grown into something truly meaningful.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for trusting us with your care, for walking through our doors, and for sharing your journeys with us. Every story, every step forward, every deep breath on a hard day – it’s truly an honour to be a part of it all!

The HEC Story

When HEC opened, it was well known that there were several gaps in the healthcare system, especially for those looking for timely, holistic, and accessible support. With the help of some incredible mentors, organizations, and supporters, we built this clinic with a few core principles at the centre:

✨ Early Intervention & Prevention – We believe that addressing concerns early can change everything. Our services support individuals and families before things reach a crisis point.

🕐 Timely Access to Services – Long waitlists? Outside of our physician referrals, we’ve structured our allied healthcare so people can get the help they need, when they need it.

🟢 Continuity of Care – From the first call to the last session (and everything in between), our treatment plans are built to take you through the entire journey, with support at every stage.

📍Where to Find Us – You can find us in the heart of Lake Country but we are proud to help our surrounding areas as a Regional Resource- offering counselling, Pilates, nutrition, physio therapy, massage therapy, and more.
