Healthy Essentials Clinic

Here at Healthy Essentials Clinic, we provide medical, clinical and dietetic counselling for those suffering from Eating Disorders. Upon inquiry, the Physician and Individual counsellor will assess if the clients needs are mild, moderate or acute. Our counsellors work with clients on a weekly basis to ensure proper care. At Healthy Essentials Clinic, we are equipped with dieticians who will work with clients to create a meal plan and offer weekly education to family members regarding meal support. We encourage Family counselling sessions for support and psychoeducation around eating disorder information. We have highlighted some of this information above, and have others listed here.

The client pathway from time of diagnosis and referral varies, and will be determined on how best to provide for each individual. However, we know that early assessment and intervention with wrap-around support from a multi-disciplinary team will reduce the incidence of chronic disease. Our professionals are here and ready to speak with those who are seeking help or speaking out about their struggle with eating disorders and mental health issues. You can take this quiz, to help determine if it is time for you to seek professional help. We are here. You are not alone.
