The internet provides detailed information about eating disorders and what they can do to destroy your life and those around you. This information only feeds the illness and empowers the shame and fear that overwhelms each person and family that is living this nightmare each day. Our focus is not on the illness but on the individual and their family. It is essential to empower one’s strengths and understanding and to once again experience safety in living life without the false security of an eating disorder. Find the love and belongingness you are searching for without an illness to shield you from the emotional pain that seems too hard to bear. Learn how to walk in freedom one step at a time!!
